Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for Passenger Service Agents to join our prestigious client for Spring/ Summer on a minimum 20 hour contract based at Gatwick Airport.
As a Passenger Service Agent you will be meeting and greeting passengers, checking and processing passengers flight and travel documents, boarding passengers onto aircraft whilst providing outstanding customer service at all times.
It is a very fast paced and challenging role that requires working to tight deadlines. You must be able to work flexible shifts to cover the 24/7 operation, including weekends, bank holidays and festive period; shifts depend on flight schedules and can be subject to change at short notice.
You will be required to have a full 5 year employment/education history, 5 year UK address history, Valid photo ID (Driving licence accepted for British citizens), Criminal Record Check (Cost of £25) to be applied for if you are successful at interview.
You will be computer literate and previous customer service experience is desirable.
Ideally you will live within a commuting distance to Gatwick Airport, and be able to commute to the airport outside of public transport hours.
This is an ongoing temporary position working a minimum of 20 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is £10.10 per hour. You will be given a roster during your training, which will cover a mixture of early, day, late and night shifts so you must be flexible.
