Our client, an established provider of security equipment has an urgent requirement for a Help Desk Support Administrator to join their winning team.
The ideal applicant will have previous Help Desk experience within the security sector and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties will include processing quotes, invoicing, monthly appointment reminders, scheduling engineers, receiving and processing engineer dockets, basic front line remote technical problem solving and general admin support.
This position would suit somebody with excellent customer service skills, a natural problem solver and a proactive and positive approach.
Working hours are Monday-Friday on a rota basis, 7.30am to 4.30pm & 9.30am to 6.30pm.
