As a Passenger Service Agent you will be meeting and greeting passengers, checking and processing passengers flight and travel documents, boarding passengers onto aircraft whilst providing outstanding customer service at all times.
It is a very fast paced and challenging role that requires working to tight deadlines. You must be able to work flexible shifts to cover the 24/7 operation, including weekends and bank holidays; shifts depend on flight schedules and can be subject to change at short notice.
You will be required to have a full 5 year checkable employment/education history, no unspent criminal convictions and valid photo ID. You will be computer literate and previous customer service experience is desirable. Ideally you will live within a commuting distance to Gatwick Airport, and be able to commute to the airport outside of public transport hours.
This is an ongoing temporary position working approximately 20-30 hours per week. The hourly pay rate is £8.86 per hour. Shifts will be 4 on 2 off working predominantly early shifts, as early as 04:00am.
