We are seeking an experienced and hands on permanent Local Quality Manager to join our team based in Edmonton.
Shift Details:
* Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a team
* Quality control and assurance
* Health and safety for the warehouse
* Food safety and hygiene
* Commit to standards and compliance
Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Quality manager in a QMS-driven, FMCG or high-volume manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 500001 and food saftey standards
* Certified Internal Auditor
* Proficient in problem - solving methods (e.g, 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram, 8D)
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mircosoft Office.
* FSSC certification and/or HACCP Level 3 (minimum)
This is a hands-on leadership role. We are not looking for someone who prefers to remain in the office - active involvement on the floor is essential.
