National Living Wage & National Minimum Wage Increases 2025 02/03/2025With effect from 1st April 2025, the National Living Wage, which includes all workers who are aged 21 years and over, will increase from £11.44 per hour to £12.21 per hour. The hourly rate for workers in the age group 18 to 20 will increase from £8.60 to £10.00, young workers between 16 and 17 years old will be entitled to £7.55 per hour as apposed to £6.40 per hour, and the apprenticeship rate will rise from £6.40 per hour to £7.55 per hour.
