Sales Negotiator
Our client is looking to employ a full time Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Sales background
- Money motivated
- Immaculately presented
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work in a high pressure, target driven environment
- Full driving license and own car.
- Estate Agency experience is a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided to the right candidate
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling calls and email enquiries
- Calling generated leads
- Managing applicants on database
- Arranging/accompanying viewings
- Canvassing for properties
- Negotiating deals
- Liaise with vendors - applicants - brokers - solicitors
- Developing client relationships
- Taking on properties
All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and must provide documentary evidence to support this.
The ideal candidate will be punctual and reliable self starter. Most importantly you will have a hunger to succeed and meet targets. Ideally you will be dynamic and willing to work hard for success.
Working hours: Mon - Thursday 8:50am - 6:30 pm, Friday 8:50am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm.
With half a day off during the week
Salary £14 - £17K Basic + Structured Commission. (Depending on experience)
OTE £30k + in 1st year.
