Ramp Agent/Baggage Handlers
We are currently looking to recruit Baggage Handlers/Ramp Agents to work at Gatwick Airport. The start date will be 5th July 2010. It is a shift work position of 30 hours.
Your duties will be:-
Ensuring all necessary personnel and equipment are positioned on the correct stand prior to flight arrivals.
Loading and offloading baggage and freight to/from aircraft holds by manual means.
Marshalling of disembarking and embarking passengers to/from the terminal building.
Maintaining a safe working environment.
You need to have a full driving licence, not be colour blind and must be able to get to Gatwick for all shifts during the day and night.
A full Driving Licence is Essential for this role.
Also you need a 5 years checkable history.
This is a temporary position until 31st October 2010.
