HR Administrator
A prestigious Aviation Company at Gatwick Airport are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. This is a busy and varied role and you must be able to "hit the ground running".
Your responsibilities will include:-
Recruitment, including application processing
Disciplinaries & grievances
Providing advice to employees where appropriate
Supporting the HR Manager
Assisting with ad hoc projects
Administration
To be considered for this position, you MUST have previous experience gained within a busy HR environment. You must be able to handle a varied workload and be confident on the telephone.
Excellent communication & Excellent IT Skills are also essential for this role.
IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR CANDIDATES TO BE CPP QUALIFIED WITH PROVEN HR EXPERIENCE.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to progress within a well recognised organisation as well as providing a competitive salary and good work-life balance.
Hours of work 9am-5pm with 30 mins for lunch break.
