Customer / Passenger Service Agents
We are recruiting for Part Time Customer / Passenger Service Agents at Gatwick Airport.
Important:
The start dates will be mid March 2010 (with 2 weeks paid training), and every Monday after this date during the summer.
Job duties of a Passenger Service Agent include:
Reception of airline passengers
Checking and processing of flight documents, passport and flight tickets
Correct and accurate processing of passenger baggage
Provision of excellent customer service
Criteria Required:
Before applying it is essential that you meet the following criteria, or your application will be rejected.
You must:
Have previous 'face to face' customer service experience
Live NO MORE THAN 30 minutes commuting distance to Gatwick Airport
Be able to start shifts as early as 3.00 am
Have good PC skills
Be able and happy to work c. 20/25 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days a week)
Be available to work during peak season (summer holidays)
Be extremely flexible with the working hours (as these can be subject to change)
Have had no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
Have no criminal record
Benefits include:
Full 2 weeks training course (paid for at £7.20 per hour)
Good rates of pay (plus overtime opportunities during busy periods)

Provision of free uniform
